Directions to Northport H.S. (from Mt. Sinai and Port Jefferson):

LIE or Rte. 347 East to Sunken Meadow Parkway NORTH.

Exit PULASKI ROAD West. Continue to ELWOOD ROAD.

Make a LEFT at Elwood Road. Cross train tracks and you will see High School on immediate left.

MAKE FIRST LEFT into High School. Continue to tennis courts.

Via Rte. 25A west to Jericho ( Rte.25) west to Elwood Road.

Make a right on Elwood and continue past Pulaski
