Cancellation policy:
Enrollment is limited and registration guarantees entry. No refunds
for absence or cancellations within 10 days of event date. $10
service charge for all cancellations.
SCJTL Summer
Tennis Academy
payment, absence, and refund policy.
One week sessions
must be paid in full upon registration. Multiple sessions require a
50% deposit upon registration.
Balance is due by
June 20, 2008.
Registrations
after June 21, 2008 must be accompanied by payment in full.
No refunds or adjustments for absence.
20% service charge for all cancellations before June 20, 2008.
No refunds for cancellations made after June 21, 2008.

Absence Policy:
NO MAKE-UPS OR REFUNDS FOR ABSENCE.
$10 charge for
all cancellations. Refund less service charge on cancellations made
before registered start date. Cancellations made after program start
will be adjusted according to the weekly rate equal to the number of
weeks attended plus service charge. Half weeks are counted as full
week.
