The
SCJTL P.O.W.E.R. Performance Program is a mental toughness program
designed to develop each player's individual skills for competition
and performance. The program follows a unique curriculum that is
broken down into three consecutive stages:
Stage 3: Readiness; Stage
2: Excellence; and Stage 1: Winning.
Players will:
1.
Set short and long term goals
2. Re-Define Aggressive
3. Identify
their current strengths
4. Choose
2 additional weapons to develop in game
5. Learn to hit Every Ball with a Purpose
The SCJTL Power Performance program is unique in that it differs
from any other program by approaching competition from a strength
based perspective using individual cognitive behavioral techniques.

*Training
session for this tennis skill and experience level may be developed
if there are enough players to schedule. Determination of this level
will be made by SCJTL HP Coaching Staff through a separate
evaluation process.

This is an on-court session where
players and parents will learn about the SCJTL High
Performance and P.O.W.E.R Performance
Player Development Programs.
SCJTL Coaches will learn about and evaluate potential
SCJTL High Performance players.
SCJTL Open House/Tryouts date.
